Terms & Conditions
Before accessing or using our website in any way, please ensure that you have thoroughly read the following Terms of Service. You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service if you access or use any portion of the site in any way. You are not permitted to access the website or make use of any services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions that are outlined in this agreement.
PAYMENTS
All transactions pertaining to payments are handled through our website. Unless there is a legitimate need to do so. THE ONLY THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS/PAYMENT PLATFORMS THAT WE ACCEPT ARE PAYPAL AND APPLE PAY. IN EXTREME CASES WE WILL ACCEPT CASHAPP. NO PAYMENT, NO ORDER.
The total amount due for the services rendered is to be paid. Certain services are available for a non-refundable RETAINER FEE. If [the Client] has already paid a RETAINER FEE, the balance of the money is due no later than seven business days after the conclusion of the project. In the event that [The Client] does not make the final payment, the project that they have requested will be immediately canceled.
All sales are final. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS.
NO COMMUNICATION POLICY
The sole method of communication that is used is email/FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM MESSENGER/ OUR BUSINESS LINE 980-272-1670. Our typical response time for e-mails is SAME DAY. OUR TYPICAL RESPONSE TIME FOR MESSENGER SERVICES OR OUR BUSINESS LINE IS BETWEEN IMMEDIATE TO 2 HOURS.
Because unexpected things can and will happen, we kindly ask that you keep us updated if you require additional time.
For services or projects that have been ghosted for more than 30 days, a restart fee that ranges from 10–25 percent of the entire service cost must be paid.
GHOSTING SALE ORDERS
IF YOU PURCHASED A SALE ITEM, PLEASE PLACE THE ORDEER WITHIN TWO WEEKS. FROM THERE, YOU WILL EITHER HAVE TO FORFEIT YOUR DESIGN OR PAY 15% OF THE OVERALL ORIGINAL COST.
COMPLETED SERVICES
all remaining balances or invoices must be paid in full 2-3 days before the service is completed or retainer is forfeited. After receiving drafts, you must examine all design files thoroughly to assure your satisfaction. The project is regarded "complete" after approval is given. A cost for revisions will be added to the project if extra modifications are needed after it has been finished.
If you would like any additional designs presented to you outside of the one you chose, it will be half of the original cost per design.
Unless otherwise specified, TOP NOTCH BRANDING STUDIO AND GRAPHICS LAB is free to include client-commissioned pieces in OUR portfolio and use them in marketing materials. When our work is done, you are free to do whatever you like with the final design. However, under no circumstances may you resell graphics to third parties or otherwise attempt to pass off the work of TOP NOTCH BRANDING STUDIO AND GRAPHICS LAB as your own. All drafts are for review purposes only. They are protected intellectual property of TOP NOTCH BRANDING STUDIO AND GRAPHICS LAB and may not be copied, altered, or used in any way without prior written permission.
COACHING
ENCOURAGING WORDS AND SMALL RESOURCE POINTS ARE FREE; COACHING IS NOT! COACHING IS GUIDING CLIENTS THROUGH THE EXTENSIVE USE OF THE SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN PROVIDED OR ASSISTING IN DESIGNING YOUR OWN GRAPHICS OR BRANDING PROJECT. EXAMPLES: HOW TO REDESIGN A WEBSITE CURATED BY US, MENTORSHIP, MARKETING ADVICE, ETC.
WATERMARKING
TOP NOTCH BRANDING STUDIO AND GRAPHICS LAB WILL WATERMARK ALL WORK AND PROJECTS BEFORE FINAL APPROVAL. ONCE APPROVED AND PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN FULL, THE WATERMARK WILL BE REMOVED. ALL FREE PROJECTS CAN AND WILL BE STAMPED/WATERMARKED, NO EXCEPTIONS. ANY FREE PROJECTS WILL BE WATERMARKED IN A MODEST WAY FOR CREDIT DUE AND PROMOTION OF TOP NOTCH BRANDING STUDIO AND GRAPHICS LAB.

PRINTING/PRINTS
•WE NO LONGER OFFER PRINTING FOR ANY SERVICES WHATSOEVER. WE ARE SOLELY DIGITAL BASED AND DO NOT OFFER ANY TYPE OF PRINTING. ALL SERVICES ARE DIGITAL GOODS. WE CAN ATTEMPT TO GUIDE YOU TO LOCAL AND NATIONAL PRINT SHOPS THAT CAN FURTHER ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR PRINT DEMANDS.
OTHER INFORMATION
IT'S GREAT TO CATCH A SALE AND IT'S EVEN BETTER TO INVEST. HOWEVER, WHEN YOU PURCHASE A SALE ITEM YOU MUST BE ORDER READY. WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY ORDERS MADE UNDER A SALE AFTER 60 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
